The federal battery discount steps down every six months — but a battery bought before checking your inverter, switchboard and wall space is how people end up with surprise costs on install day. One inspection answers all three, and if you decide to go ahead, your site assessment for quotes is already done.

Findings with photo evidence and standard references, emailed to your installer on your authority with a 14-day response window. That is the only contact we make — no calls, no chasing. Most issues end here; reputable installers fix their work.

Escalation — your call, your name, our paperwork

If they refuse or don't respond, we prepare the complete complaint pack for you to lodge with the Clean Energy Regulator (for accredited installs) and NSW Fair Trading — including your claim for reimbursement of the inspection cost where the original installer is at fault. We show the way and hand you the file; lodging is yours. The evidence does the talking.
